VoiceClone TTS ("the Extension") is a Twitch Extension that allows viewers to send text-to-speech messages to streamers using Twitch Bits. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Twitch Authentication Data

When you use the Extension, we receive limited authentication data from Twitch, including:

• Your Twitch User ID (anonymized identifier)
• Channel ID of the streamer you're watching

We do not receive or store your Twitch password, email address, or other personal account details.

User-Generated Content

• Text Messages: Messages you submit for text-to-speech are processed to generate audio and are not stored permanently.
• Voice Clones: If you upload audio to create a voice clone, this audio is sent to our text-to-speech provider (ElevenLabs) for processing.

Transaction Data

Twitch Bits transactions are processed entirely by Twitch. We receive a transaction receipt to verify payment but do not have access to your payment methods or financial information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Authenticate your session with Twitch
• Process your text-to-speech requests
• Verify Bits payments
• Deliver audio to the streamer's broadcast

Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• ElevenLabs: Our text-to-speech provider, which processes your text and voice clone requests under their own Privacy Policy.
• Twitch: Transaction verification is handled through Twitch's APIs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

• Text messages are processed in real-time and not stored after delivery.
• Voice clones may be retained for the streamer's use during the extension session.
• We do not maintain long-term databases of user activity.

Children's Privacy

This Extension is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

You have the right to:

• Request information about data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of using the Extension at any time
